George continues to corral his overgrown golf course while trying to attract Amazon to Atlanta to buy his new huge property.

Meanwhile, Pete finishes up Miss Ritchie’s huge rebuild and goes right into another Jefcoat-assisted quagmire at a big house in Dacula while the family stays at one of George’s houses. Pete has to lean on Ant and his son Brian to finish the job, but will that be enough?
